Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. If you need to exchange or return, please send us an email at info@planetb.hkwith proof of purchase.

 

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

If your exchange is approved,  you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay the difference.  

 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days.

 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping fees and other charges are non-refundable.
